Raised in Tokyo and trained at GAFA Vienna, Dom has worked in some of the UK's most respected kitchens including The Ivy, The Ebury, Bistro Bruno Loubet at The Zetter and Maremma in Brixton. He has been Head Chef at Eight Stony Street in Frome and At The Chapel in Bruton, and currently works as a freelance chef at The Newt in Bruton. He is known for his discretion, professionalism and ability to adapt seamlessly to new settings.
