What to Expect
Dom arrives a couple of hours before your guests, takes over the kitchen quietly and efficiently, and produces a multi-course meal tailored entirely to you. Canapés on arrival if required, courses paced to let conversation breathe, wine guidance throughout, and a complete clean-up before he leaves. Discreet, professional and entirely focused on making the evening exceptional.
Bespoke Menus
No fixed menus, no set packages. Dom will talk through what you love, who's coming and what the occasion calls for — then build a menu that's seasonal, considered and cooked with proper technique. Expect West-Country produce at its peak: day-boat fish, heritage cuts, vegetables sourced from farms Dom knows and trusts. If there's a dish you've always wanted to eat, tell him. If you'd rather be surprised, tell him that too.
