
About Dominique
Raised in Tokyo and trained at GAFA in Vienna, Dominique Goltinger has spent over 20 years working in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens, including The Ivy, The Ebury and The Bull in Highgate. He went on to become Head Chef at Bruno Loubet’s Bistro Bruno Loubet at The Zetter Hotel and at Maremma in Brixton.
Alongside his work in the kitchen, Dom has consulted on the openings of restaurants including The Grain Store and The Cheese Bar.
As a private chef, he has worked with high-profile clients including photographer Rankin, and now focuses on private dining and event catering across Frome, Bath, Bristol, Bruton, Warminster, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Since relocating to the West Country in 2020, Dom has worked as Head Chef at Eight Stony Street in Frome and At The Chapel in Bruton, and as part of the opening team at Little Walcot. He now works as a freelance chef at The Newt, alongside his private chef and events work.
Dom’s cooking is rooted in modern European cuisine, often with subtle Asian influences. He works closely with local suppliers, focusing on seasonal, sustainable ingredients and menus that reflect both the setting and the occasion.
